Cancellation policy

Our unsubscribe policy is very simple. Here it is:
you can cancel your subscription at any time.

That’s it! No fine print, no hoops, no legal nonsense: you can just cancel your subscription whenever you want.

Upon Cancellation:

Billing will be terminated immediately (we will no longer bill you).
You will receive a confirmation email stating that your subscription will be canceled and on what date.
You will continue to have access until your subscription ends.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Canceling your subscription is easy, but before you do, is there anything we’ve already said or done? We are always looking to improve our offers and service. If you are unhappy, you can always contact us at digitalword1983@gmail.com and we will do our best to put things right.

To cancel:

Go to the “Account” section.
Be sure to log in, navigate to the subscription information, and click “Review”.
On the subscription overview page, click “Cancel Subscription”.
Follow the confirmation instructions. After canceling, you will receive a cancellation confirmation email {if for some reason you did not receive this email, contact us }.

Refund Policy

Once your card is funded, we pay the designers a certain amount. Since all downloads are digital and do not contain physical goods, we do not issue refunds. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel in the middle of your subscription period, you will retain full unlimited access until the end of the period.

Do not unsubscribe by email

You can always email us about anything at any time, just not canceling your subscription! While we will process a cancellation as soon as possible if it is received via email, we cannot guarantee that the cancellation will be processed before your next payment. If you cancel via email, we do not guarantee that we will be able to process the payment in a timely manner and any future payments will be at your own risk. Canceling using the steps outlined above under “How do I cancel? ” is the easiest and fastest way to cancel.
